The Community Threat Readiness & Emergency Response Program was created to close this gap by delivering a fully integrated, long-term readiness system. Rather than offering isolated courses or compliance-based training, the program combines onsite threat assessment, practical mitigation guidance, and customized Emergency Action Plans tailored to each organization’s unique risks and environment.
Training extends beyond the classroom through multi-hazard education covering medical response, fire and evacuation, severe weather, and active threat scenarios. Organizations participate in scenario-based drills, leadership decision-making exercises, and facility-based simulations designed to reinforce retention, build confidence, and prepare teams to act decisively under stress. To ensure preparedness does not erode over time, the program includes an ongoing engagement pathway that supports refresher training, reassessment, and continuous improvement.
