In our gun maintenance class we will cover firearm disassembly, identifying cleaning points, proper cleaning and lubrication techniques, reassembly, inspection for wear, and emphasizes gun safety.

Emphasizing safe handling practices during the cleaning process, including proper unloading techniques.

Firearm Disassembly:
Learning how to safely field strip and disassemble the firearm into its main components (slide, barrel, frame, etc.).

Identifying Cleaning Points:
Recognizing where and how to clean specific parts of the firearm, such as the barrel, slide, and trigger mechanism.

Understanding different cleaning products and techniques, including using solvents, cleaning cloths, and applying lubricants.
